Molasses meal has a high nutritional value and good binding power. The flour is largely made up of copra flour, the white part of the coconut, an ingredient particularly suitable for good-sized fish. Molasses flour is coarse and moist and has a sweet-sour smell reminiscent of liquorice. Molasses being a residue of sugar crystallisation, it releases water-soluble natural attractants.
Molasses flour is perfect in any mix and for all seasons.
